Located on the roof of the 1010 Euclid Building, the address is actually accessed through the 12th floor of The 9 complex’s 29-story tower, 2017 E. 9th St., that contains the Autograph Collection-flag hotel and the Residences at The 9 apartments.

Downtown sites to add retail sports betting
