Collinwood grocery store redevelopment sought

Cleveland city officials revealed their intentions today to acquire and redevelop a closed grocery store property, 15900 Lake Shore Blvd., in the North Collinwood neighborhood. Officials requested City Planning Commission approval to start assembling the land, then later rezone it and ultimately offer it to developers through a community-driven request for proposals.

Erieview Tower redo faces setbacks

Conversion of the 1964-built, 40-story office tower and its Galleria mall, 1301 E. 9th St., into a mixed-use complex could be facing an uphill climb with the apparent withdrawal of a luxury W Hotel and co-working chain Industrious.

Sherwin-Williams seeks “strategic developments” at HQ

When Sherwin-Williams (SHW) finalized a deal last month with Florida-based Benderson Realty Development Co. to buy a big stake in its new global headquarters, the conversations reportedly began with different intentions.
