Nosan, CRESCO expand real estate reach
A local real estate developer who has been involved in multiple, well-known projects is going to be getting busier after getting hired as a vice president of Independence-based brokerage and analytics firm Cushman & Wakefield – CRESCO Real Estate.
In his new role, Brad Nosan will focus on owner representation, advising clients on strategy, positioning, and long-term value creation across a range of asset types. He has more than a decade of experience spanning brokerage, development, leasing and asset management.
Some in this business field start out working at a real estate brokerage and work their way up through the firm. Then they either create real estate development companies or join existing ones while retaining executive roles in the brokerage.
Nosan is taking a different approach. He began his career in tenant representation at another brokerage, Newmark, before expanding into development and portfolio management through Property Advisors Group (PAG), his family-owned real estate business.

Construction on the 44-unit Baricelli Inn Apartments on Cornell Road in Little Italy began in June 2020 — in the midst of the pandemic, showing that Brad Nosan and partner Mike Panzica can advance projects under difficult circumstances. The Woodhill Supply site redevelopment was their next Little Italy project (LDA Architects).
At PAG, Nosan has been involved in mixed-use redevelopment, multifamily development and asset strategy. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development and acquisition of over $150 million in commercial and multifamily projects across multiple markets.
“Joining CRESCO allows me to reengage with the active brokerage market while continuing to bring an owner’s perspective to every assignment,” said Nosan in a written statement.
Among the high-profile projects he has partnered in include the Baricelli Inn Apartments in Little Italy that got started in the depths of the pandemic, The Monroe and the growing number of Woodhill Townhomes in Little Italy, The Park Apartments in Tremont which opened last summer, and Franklin Yards that’s under construction in Ohio City.
Meanwhile, he’s still working on Noble Beast Brewing Co.’s expansion to Ohio City that’s now underway, 8400 Lake in Detroit-Shoreway which just won Planning Commission approval last month, and Tremont Treehouse Apartments which is finalizing its designs with the city,
“My goal is to be a resource for clients navigating complex decisions, whether that involves leasing, development planning, or long-term portfolio strategy,” Nosan added.
At CRESCO, Nosan plans to expand his advisory platform as a one-stop resource for owners seeking integrated real estate solutions. His background across both tenant representation and ownership roles provides a unique perspective on aligning market strategy with operational performance.
Outside of real estate, Nosan serves as the president of the Slovenian National Home, one of the region’s most established cultural institutions and is also the founder of the Cleveland Bocce Club.
A new father, he says this next chapter reflects a renewed focus on building relationships, growing his network, and expanding his presence across Northeast Ohio.
