Several properties at Lakewood’s East End have changed hands recently, resulting in new investments that are due to turn underutilized structures into productive buildings once again.
The latest and largest transaction occurred Oct. 16 when Jim Miketo, owner of Forest City Shuffleboard in Ohio City, acquired a three-story, 101-year-old, mixed-use building at 12501 Madison Ave., county records show.
