CLE Consulting Firm leaving Downtown for MidTown

CLE Consulting Firm, a growing provider of business accounting and tax services, has reached a purchase agreement to acquire the Euclid Gallery Building, 7029 Euclid Ave. in Cleveland’s MidTown neighborhood, public records show. The faded masonry building will reportedly be renovated as the new headquarters for the company which also has offices in Akron, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo and Atlanta.

Kalina House eyes construction in 2023

Although a proposed building in Cleveland’s Fairfax neighborhood to support individuals with traumatic injuries and their families is physically small, the need for the facility is large. To that end, the nonprofit Mark Kalina Jr. Foundation will host a Buy-A-Brick Fundraiser over the coming weeks in support of the proposed housing facility – The Kalina House. This opportunity for charity will run from Giving Tuesday on Nov. 29 until New Year’s Eve.

Cleveland Clinic’s big projects are on the move

To say that the Cleveland Clinic has a lot of development activity on its plate would be a major understatement. And some of that $1.3 billion worth of construction at its Main Campus is already starting to manifest itself on the landscape. The Clinic is starting site preparation work for its massive new Neurological Institute on Carnegie Avenue. It delivered plans to the city for its expanded Cole Eye Institute. The health care system is prepping the site for the first phase of its new pathogens center. And it is finalizing plans for a full or partial demolition and redevelopment of the ex-Cleveland Play House property, the details for which could be released this fall.
