Weston plans huge warehouse in Euclid

Keeping Euclid’s industrial facilities modern and competitive to attract new jobs is the goal of a large, new warehouse/light industrial facility called Tech Park 90 that could see construction start as early as June, said a representative of its developer, the Weston Group. Even more impressive is that the project is being pursued as a speculative development, meaning that an anchor tenant hasn’t been secured prior to Weston’s decision to move forward on it.

When Miceli Dairy Products Co. turns 100 years old next year, it hopes to open its latest cheese-making expansion in Cleveland’s Lower Buckeye neighborhood, near where Buckeye Road intersects with the new Opportunity Corridor Boulevard.

Amazon is reportedly pivoting to a new site for a distribution center on the southeast side of the city yet would remain in Slavic Village, according to two sources familiar with the project.

On a 40-acre infill site east of Interstate 77 in Cleveland’s Slavic Village, Atlanta-based Stonemont Financial Group and real estate brokerage Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) intend to market and develop up to 500,000 square feet of structures for a warehousing, distribution and logistics complex called Commerce Park 77.
